Privacy
Your website inquiry.
How information submitted through this website is handled.
Notice version: October 10, 2026
Information and purpose
The website inquiry form requests a company or opportunity name, a high-level description, your email address, the type of help you are seeking and, optionally, an indicative size range and company website. MerchantBanker.ca uses this information to evaluate fit, identify potential conflicts, respond to the inquiry and discuss possible next steps. The form records your consent. Submitting the form does not create an adviser-client relationship or engagement.
Delivery and access
The form is provided by ClickUp, MerchantBanker.ca’s project-management provider. Each submission is recorded as an inquiry in MerchantBanker.ca’s ClickUp workspace and reviewed by Colin Marcelline. If you email Colin, the message is handled through MerchantBanker.ca’s email provider and may be recorded in the same workspace for follow-up. These providers process information needed to operate their services. Confidential documents should be exchanged only through a separately agreed channel.
Website storage and retention
This website does not store form submissions. Inquiry records are retained to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, administer an agreed engagement and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. The embedded form is served by ClickUp, which may process technical information under its own terms. Contact Colin to ask about retention or request deletion of inquiry information.
Cookies and optional analytics
If optional analytics are configured, they load only after consent. Analytics record page views and basic interactions, such as email and phone clicks, without sending form content. You can change analytics consent using the footer control. Website hosting may also maintain access and security logs.
Access, correction and questions
Contact colin@merchantbanker.ca or 905-726-4495 to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent for future contact, or ask a privacy question. Some information may need to be retained for an existing engagement or applicable recordkeeping requirements.
